- Exam content becomes accessible immediately after activation
- Digital products cannot be "returned" once viewed or accessed
- We incur payment processing fees on each transaction

4. Technical Issues

Technical support issues are not grounds for a refund but will be resolved to ensure proper access to your purchased materials.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and access to all content. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate purchases.
