6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Share, distribute, or sell exam content to third parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Engage in any activity that interferes with the Service
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our practice questions will appear on actual certification exams, or that using our Service will result in passing any certification exam. Your success depends on your individual effort and preparation.

In no event shall CertPractice be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
